Liz Vassey began her acting career when she was nine years old. She was later in over fifty productions and musicals. When she was 16, Liz moved into New York to become part of All My Children. Her first nomination was for an Daytime Emmy thanks to the performance she gave to the show. Liz's guest roles as a regular or recurring role have been seen on a variety of TV shows since then, such like ER Maximum Bob, Rough Love Brotherly The Push Nevada Two and a Half Men FOX's adaptation of The Tick and Season Two in Amazon's reboot. Her most notable role is that of Wendy Simms, a DNA tech on the television show CSI: Crime Scene Investigation. She played this character over a span of five years. Additionally, Liz has appeared in a number of films as well as pilots. She has also appeared as a guest in a variety of TV shows. Liz's career is not only acting, but also as a writer. During her final season on CSI, she was a co-writer on the show's final episode. Since then the show has been sold to six television pilots and one movie which are currently in development at NBC Freeform Universal Netflix and The CW among other networks and studios. Liz who was a lifelong athlete, made her directorial debut recently with The Human Race. This film is a documentary on runners who are over 50 years old. older. She was a detective on Ringer and a detective's wife on Southland as well as a Bounty Huntress in CBS's Pilot The Odds; a Bank Robber on Medium and a RV travel hooker. For good measure she also played a mermaid on Flight of the Conchords and starred in the independent feature The Rift directed by Shana Sosin.
